An Integrated Approach

A graduate of the Health Enrichment Center, Judith has been in the active practice of Therapeutic Massage for over 15 years.  Judith practices an integrated approach which seeks to meet the needs of each individual client.  She incorporates a variety of techniques, including traditional Swedish Massage, manual medicine, CranioSacral Therapy, acupressure, and aromatherapy. 

As a graduate of the School of Subtle Energies and the Bioenergy Institute, Judith also integrates Eastern concepts of energy and healing, balancing  the energy in the deepest tissues of the body through elegant and powerful touch and off-body work. 

Judith works in an intuitive style to provide what is best for each client.  She believes that regular, routine massages play an important role in the maintenance of a healthy body, mind, and spirit.
