Join Judith for a weekend Feldenkrais ATM Workshop at Song of the Morning Retreat Friday evening through Sunday lunch - April 13 - 15, 2012 An intensive Feldenkrais workshop with Judith will be held at the beautiful Song of the Morning Retreat near Gaylord. The workshop will give you the opportunity to expand your capacity for thinking, feeling, moving, and bringing your intention into action. Morning and afternoon ATM lessons will help you improve your posture, flexibility, coordination, and movement efficiency. There will also be ample time for other activities including hikes, meditation, and Yoga. Located on 800 acres of rolling countryside in northern Michigan, Song of the Morning is the perfect setting for this Feldenkrais workshop. Rooms are comfortable, the food is wonderful, and the environment offers opportunities for meditation, walks, outdoor activities, and Yoga. Cost is $100 plus $50 per night includes lodging and 2 meals per day.
