Welcome to the website of Judith Dila, a bodywork professional in practice since 1991. Following a 25- year career in public education, Judith set out on a new path, entering the field of body and mind health, which had been her passion for many years. She is a graduate of the Health Enrichment Center, the School of Subtle Energies, the Bioenergy Institute, and the Feldenkrais Method Training. She has also done extensive studies in Manual Medicine, Cranio-Sacral Therapy, and Neuromuscular Therapy,. She is a Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner and Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement (ATM) teacher. She established a successful bodywork practice in suburban Detroit, which she maintained for ten years before moving to Ludington, MI in 2001 and re-establishing her practice here.
