Welcome to the website of Judith Dila, a bodywork professional in practice since 1991.   Following a 25- year career in public education, Judith set out on a new path, entering the field of body and mind health, which had been her passion for many years.  She is a graduate of the Health Enrichment Center  as  well  as  the  School of Subtle Energies and  the  Bioenergy  Institute.   She  has  also done  extensive studies  in  Manual Medicine,   Cranio-Sacral  Therapy,  Neuromuscular Therapy,  as  well  as  the  Feldenkrais  Method,  and is an authorized Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement (ATM) teacher.  She established a successful bodywork practice in suburban Detroit, which she maintained for ten years before moving to Ludington, MI in 2001 and re-establishing her practice here.  Judith welcomes your enquiries and patronage.
