Welcome to the website of Judith Dila, a bodywork professional in practice since 1991. Following a 25- year career in public education, Judith set out on a new path, entering the field of body and mind health, which had been her passion for many years. She is a graduate of the Health Enrichment Center, the School of Subtle Energies, the Institute for Bioenergy Studies, and the Feldenkrais Method Training. She has also done extensive studies in Manual Medicine, CranioSacral Therapy, and Neuromuscular Therapy,. She is a Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner and Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement (ATM) teacher. She established a successful bodywork practice in suburban Detroit, which she maintained for ten years before moving to Ludington, MI in 2001 and re-establishing her practice here.
